If I have already taken my orders to the post office, I cannot accept a cancellation. Please contact me promptly if you have made an error and wish to cancel, after they go to the post office, I cannot cancel your order.
DOMESTIC:
I ship USPS, First Class 1-3 day for orders under 16 oz.
I ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day for orders over 16 oz.
You may upgrade your shipping when you fill out your order in Etsy.
INTERNATIONAL:
I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, Etsy will give you options on checkout.
I am sorry, I cannot guarantee delivery for international orders. I can only track the package to port of entry.
As an international buyer, you agree to be responsible for receiving the package and paying any fees or duties. When you make your purchase, you agree that you may have to go to the customs office to pick up the package. Please be prepared to make an extra effort to retrieve your package in a timely manner, or it will be sent back to me!
I will replace any item that is broken or damaged in shipping, just send me a picture of the problem, within a few days of your receiving it, and I will replace it with no cost to you.
Each piece is hand made and unique, and some "flaws" are a part of the master model and cannot be fixed. I reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for "flaws" that are a part of the mold, casting and finishing process, or the original design. If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason, please contact me and send me a picture of the problem within 14 days of receiving it. I will gladly exchange it for another similarly priced item currently listed. Shipping charges for exchanges will be paid for by the buyer.
